The Phoenix Conspiracy Japanese series pack has been assembled as a continuous canon. Final language QA, storefront metadata, and channel approval remain explicit release gates.

Series translation becomes fragile when every volume is treated as a fresh file. The Phoenix work instead preserves a shared canon for names, ranks, institutions, technology, character voice, and unresolved narrative threads.

A publication-ready package still requires more than translated prose. Each volume must pass native-language editorial review, layout inspection, metadata validation, storefront requirements, and a final comparison against the approved source record.

The current pack is evidence of scale and continuity, not permission to skip those final gates. Release status will remain visible and specific as each language edition advances.
